At Healing Time Therapy, we provide teletherapy for adults, parents, teenagers, and families going through anxiety, trauma, high stress, anger, or difficult changes in their lives.

Integrating customized tools, techniques, and mindfulness approaches tailored to our clients help them move toward living a more peaceful life.

We utilize evidenced-based therapies such as EMDR, CBT, and Solution Focused Therapy while helping them explore their personal issues and identify healthier ways of thinking and problem-solving in a supportive, safe environment.

We work collaboratively with our clients by helping them through challenging situations and exploring new directions for their life.  We support clients to find their way and bring them peace, comfort, and healing.
